| 摘要 | 2002年11月底，在一位朋友處見劍一尊有紀年款的遼代金銅觀音造像，此像得自干一次拍賣會(圖1)。像高71.5厘米。這在中國古代金銅造像中算是大型造像。觀音跣足立于蓮臺之上。左手持凈瓶，右手結與願印。頭頂發髻高聳，戴單葉環形寶冠，中飾化佛。 The article in troduces a bronze statue, "avalokitesvara" or "the Goddess of Mercy", ensraved with the year of the Liao Dynasty(916-1125), which was discovered in the United States. The author delves into the historical background of the making of the statue. |
