| 摘要 | 神奇火光能引導當事人走出迷惑,使陷入絕境者得救,還能作為王朝興盛的預兆等。佛教中火光有神圣、圣明的寓意。中土火光引路母題,源于中古漢譯佛經。佛經認為,不同的火光,從不同距離來看,有著不同的亮度和層次;當事人在火光指引下遇難呈祥,走出命運低谷;昭示希望,使其迷途知返,還象征佛本身就是眾生迷茫人生中的燈火。中土敘事文學該母題在后世得以多元擴展。 A magic flame could guide one out of one’s perplexity,help one in one’s desperation,and serve as a good omen for a dynasty to rise.In Buddhism,the flame means sacredness and holiness.This paper tries to trace the motif of the guiding flame in ancient Chinese literature to its very origin in the Chinese version of Buddhist scriptures.This author,after examining quite a number of unusually marvelous Chinese classic tales,points out that the borrowed motif from India,as a matter of fact,achieved diverse developments in China in later times. |
