The decorative designs of Dunhuang murals are drawn with relation to the form of the cave architecture and the arrangement of the murals. The scroll design is the main content of art of decorative design. The scroll design is combined with the symbolic figures of Chinese traditional paintings which import auspicious. ln the Tang dynasty, people created various techniques and forms of expression. The decorative designs are richly and magnificently coloured, and the decorative art has evolved a style of its own |
