The first part of the article had issued to Dunhuang Research,2000, (3), this article is the partⅡ to be continued to discussing the exact geographical position of several sites of city named LU DE(觻得), DI CHI(氐池),ZHAO WU(昭武)QI LIAN ZHI(祁連置)that county and even smaller units (zhi置 )belong to administration of ZHANGYE and JIUQUAN of The Han Dynasty according to the records on the second line Han Wooden Strips found at the abandoned remains of XUAN QUAN. This article has offered new evidences to the distance between those mentioned sites by studying the distance and adding the information about the distance based on the former scholar’s study and has put forward my own viewpoint which are more approaching to the historic facts while pointed out the mistakes in the former study.
