| 摘要 | 本文使用高效液相色譜首次對采自克孜爾石窟的顏料樣品中的膠結材料進行了分析。樣品水解后,進行衍生化反應,將測得的所含各種氨基酸與標準樣品對照進行類似率計算,得知克孜爾石窟顏料中所含膠結材料為動物膠。 In this paper, HPLC was applied for analysis of binding medium of pigments from Kizil Grottoes, after hydrolyzing, sample were derivated, and then comparing results of amine contents of samples to standard sample, calculate analogy rates of samples and standard. The analysis indicated that the binding medium of pigments is animal glue. |
