| 摘要 | 近年山東青州出土的彩繪石造像非常引人關注。本期又報道了兩件北朝的造像資料：一為菩薩，一為釋迦佛，均雕刻得十分精致，彩繪艷麗如初。 Discovery of Buddhist stone statues has been reported repeatedly from Qingzhou, Shandong province. The finest of them are a Bodhisattva from Eastern Wei and a Sakyamuni from Northern Qi, both carved and colored exquisitely. Mention should be made of the well preserved colors. The gold foils of the necklace and bracelets of the Bodhisattva are still glistening after a millennium and a half. Blue are edge of kasaya upon Sakyamuni and the border of its design in mineral green,ochre and blue against a red ground. A 0.5-cm-wide band of gold thread is inlaid in the stone. All this places the statues among the finest works of the Northern Dynasties Buddhist carvings, and suggests a well developed handicraft in the Qingzhou area. |
