This translation documents the teachings of the Buddha being transmitted to his disciples. The lord discusses the meaning of the “ariyan” quest and explains that it a quest for the unborn, ageless, disease-free, immortal, unsorrowing, and incorruptible—the matchless haven from bondage, namely, “nibb̄ana.” |
