| 摘要 | The article explains how Zen training can improve mental health and help individuals discover the joy of living without self. It cites some of the attributes of the well-trained Zen adept and highlights the need to redress the balance between Zen and psychology. It also notes attempts to create hybrids of Zen and therapy and the threat of spiritual materialism and discusses the radical inclusiveness and self-acceptance that Zen training can help individuals to rest in and to work from. |
