| 摘要 | The word 'Sri-vidya' means the mantras of 'Sritripurasundari'. Though the word "Sri", is associated with Goddess Laksmi - the Goddess of Wealth and Prosperity, but according to 'Haritayan Samhitas' & 'Brahmandpurana' etc. the real meaning of 'Sri' is "Mahatripurasundari'. Goddess Laksmi had worshipped 'Mahatripurasundari' and blessed to be worshipped as 'Sri' all over the world. The worshipper of "Sri" are blessed with the divine fruits which is also the result of worshipping "Sri-vidya". That is why "Sri" and "Sri-vidya" are one and same. "Srividyarnavatantram" explains in detail not only "Sri-vidya" but also describes comprehensively the Shaiva, Shakta, Gaanpatya and Vaishnava ritusals. This work explains exhaustively the rituals and their modes of worship relating to all the Gods and Goddesses described in it and meets all that the worshippers need. It comprises of five parts in two volumes, with Sanskrit text and its Hindi translation.
