| 摘要 | This seventh part of the series continues with the description of manuscripts in Burmese script from the archives of the Berlin State Library (SBB - Prussian Cultural Heritage). The 175 palm leaf manuscripts mainly contain texts from different areas of Buddhist literature from Pali, and are frequently supplemented with word-for-word translations into Burmese (Nissayas) or with detailed Burmese comments. In addition, there are original Burmese texts on religion, religious law, medicine and magic that must be considered valuable documentation on the cultural history of Myanmar/Burma. The texts range from the years 1761 to 1917 A.D.The introduction is accompanied by a translation into English. German, with German and English introduction. Die 175 Palmblatt-Kodizes enthalten vorwiegend Texte aus verschiedenen Bereichen der buddhistischen Literatur in Pali, haufig erganzt durch Wort-fur-Wort-Ubersetzungen ins Birmanische (Nissayas) oder ausfuhrlichere birmanische Kommentare. Daruber hinaus finden sich aber auch originar birmanische Texte zu Religion, Ordensrecht, Medizin und Magie, die als wertvolle Dokumente der Kulturgeschichte Myanmars/Birmas anzusehen sind. Die Datierungen reichen von 1761 bis 1917 A.D.Der Einleitung ist eine Ubersetzung ins Englische beigefugt. |
