| 摘要 | 蒙古的政教關係以1989年底開始的「民主改革」為界可劃分為兩個時期。從1921年人民革命勝利以來，蒙古的政教關係經歷了由相互協作、利用到相互排斥、敵視的幾個階段，此後，以政壓教的關係一直持續到20世紀80年代末期。1990年之後，隨著蒙古國內「民主改革」的發展，政府對宗教的態度也發生了根本的改變，政教關係依法得到健康發展。但政教關係中也出現了一些新的問題：一是國家如何處理與佛教的傳統關係的問題；二是完善相關法律法規的問題；三是如何協調各宗教間的關係問題。隨著蒙古國內傳統宗教的恢復發展和非傳統宗教的壯大，政教關係更趨複雜化。 The relationship of politics and religion in Mongolia can be divided into two periods taking the "democratic reform" which began at the end of 1989 as a boundary. Since the victory of the People's revolution in 1921, the relationship between politics and religion in Mongolia had experienced several periods varied from the mutual-cooperation, mutual utilization to mutual-expelling and mutual hostility. From then on, the state control of the religion had lasted until the end of 1980s. After 1990, with the development of the "democratic reform" in Mongolia, the attitude of the government toward the religion has fundamentally changed. The relationship between politics and religion has been developed healthily. However, there have appeared some new problems. First one is how the politics deals with the traditional relationship with Buddhism; Second one is to improve and complete the relevant laws and rules; Third one is how to adjust the relationship between different religions. With the restoration and development of the traditional religion and the growing of the non-traditional religion in Mongolia, the relationship of politics and religion is becoming more and more complicated. |
