| 摘要 | 1939年10月，國民政府派吳忠信赴藏，代表中央舉行第十四世達賴喇嘛坐床典禮，進而商討中央與西藏地方的關係問題，並在拉薩設立了駐藏辦事處。吳忠信是民國時期中央派往西藏的最高官員，其使藏表明西藏最高政教大權屬於中央政府，密切了西藏與中央政府的關係，鞏固了抗戰的後方基地。 In October, 1939, Wu Zhongxin, the special commissioner of Tibet affairs, was sent to Tibet to preside over the reincarnation ceremony of the 14th Dalai Lama on behalf of the central government of the Republic of China. There he discussed with local officials the relationship between the central government and the local Tibeta government, and opened in Lhasa a central government office Wu Zhongxin was of the highest rank among those officials sent to Tibet during the period of the Republic of China. His appearance in Tibet showed that Tibet was politically and religiously under the leadership of the central government. It also showed that the relationship between the central government and the local Tibetan government obtained a growth. Accordingly, the rear base for the Anti Japanese War was reinforced. |
