| 摘要 | 本文旨在探討生命倫理議題，在全球化風潮下的發展現況、特徵，以及它對中國生命倫理議題的衝擊與展望。生命倫理的課題因人類基因圖譜的逐漸定序後，開始受到了衝擊，過去視之為當然的某些原則或規則，在基因圖譜的檢測下，開始有了信心危機或解釋困境，特別是代表傳統宗教的倫理學更是如此。但是，這些宗教在面對現代科技快速發展下的學習及因應，卻非常有效率，他們不但在宗教與科學間，找到了平衡點，甚至還發展了一套指導原則或哲學基礎，以面對未來更多的挑戰。另一方面，當代中國倫理學中也有許多著作，都已提到相關論題及討論。因此，本文將試著從生命科技倫理的脈絡中，來和中國倫理學，作生命倫理的對談。 This paper is intended to explore the development and characteristics of bioethics and its Impact on and prospect of Chinese bioethics. The impact on the issue of bioethics started with the gradual genome sequencing of gene mapping. With the test of gene mapping, the principles or rules taken for granted in the past begin to have crisis in confidence and difficulties in explanation, especially ethics, which represents traditional religions. But those religions efficiently learn and respond to the rapid development of modem technology, not only finding the right balance between religion and science but also developing a body of guidelines or philosophical foundations to deal with more challenges in the future. On the other hand, many writings in the field of Chinese ethics involve the related topics and discussions; therefore, this article is meant to have a dialogue with Chinese ethics about bioethics in the context of biotechnological ethics. |
