| 摘要 | 本文旨在探討國民小學實施靜思語教學情形，以了解教師如何選取靜思語教材. 如何實施靜思語教學及小朋友學習靜思語的成果. 本文採質的研究法，以一個國小三年級的班級為對象，包括陳老師和38位小朋友. 研究過程中，研究者以參與觀察. 訪談. 文件分析和問卷等方式，進行資料的蒐集. 經整理分析後，發現如下： 一. 陳老師實施靜思語教學，主受到證嚴法師的人格感召. 二. 陳老師實施靜思語教學目的，在培養良好的人格，進而淨化人心. 三. 靜思語教學，強調教師以身作則. 四. 陳老師的靜思語教學，充分與生活結合. 五. 慈濟教師研發的靜思語教材和教法，使陳老師的教學更加充實. 六. 陳老師的靜思語教學方式，以不給學生壓力為原則. 七. 慈濟組織的宗教性，影響陳老師的靜思語教學. 建議： 一. 研究對象可擴及整個學校. 二. 可進行較長期的觀察及更細微的分析. 三. 進行非慈濟教師的靜思語教學之研究. [摘要] The main purpose of this study was to explore Still Thoughts Teaching (Jing-si-yu Teaching) in the elementary school，in order to understand how the teacher select Still Thoughts(Jing-si-yu) meterials. implement Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching) and the outcomes of learning Still Thoughts (Jing-si-yu) for the students. Researcher adopted ethenomothodology，selecting an elementary third-grade class, include Miss Chen and thirty eight students, as the subjects of study. Praticipant observation. interview. document collection and questionnaire were adopted for collecting necessary data. After the data was collected，it was sorted，generalized and analyzed. The main findings are as follows： 1. The moral integrity inspiration of Shi Cheng Yen motivates Miss Chen to implement Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching). 2. The purpose for Miss Chen to implement Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching) is to cultivate good moral integrity and purify one's mind. 3. Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching) emphasizes that teachers should set a good example with their own conduct. 4. Miss Chen's Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching) links up with daily life. 5. The materials which are developed by Tzu Chi teachers enrich Miss Chen's teaching. 6. Do not give the students pressure is the principle of Miss Chen's Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching). 7. The religion character of Tzu Chi Organization influences Miss Chen's Still Thoughts Teaching(Jing-si-yu Teaching). According to the findings, the suggestions for future researches are： 1. Expand the subjects of the study into the whole school. 2. Prolong the time of the research and carry out minuter analysis. 3.
