| 摘要 | 宗教組織近年來積極投入現代化的非營利事業，是我國第三部門中的最重要力量之一，台灣宗教類非營利事業的蓬勃發展，對社會所發揮的正面功能與價值實不容忽視. 本研究旨在探討佛教非營利事業的經營管理，藉佛光山的個案研究，了解其組織使命. 組織結構. 組織決策. 人力資源. 財務管理與公共關係等實際運作情形，並深入分析其非營利事業的發生現況，進而發掘出佛光山經營管理的特色與面臨的議題，最後並對佛光山非營利事業的發展提出建議. In recent years, religious organization has been taking part in modern nonprofit business. Moreover，it is one of the most powerful forces of the third sector in Taiwan. The boom of the nonprofit business of religion in Taiwan has taken place on positive function and value to our society. Therefore，it is something that we can not ignore. The goal of this study is to explore the management of the Buddhism nonprofit business through the case study of Fo Guang Shan so as to understand the mission，structure，decision-making of the organization，human resources, and financial management，public relations, and explore the characteristics of business management of Fo Guang Shan，and the current issues that it faces now. And at last，I will offer some suggestion to development of the nonprofit business of Fo Guang Shan. |
