| 摘要 | In the e-technology of the 21st century the hardware-software has become the nama-rupa systems of computers, leaving a vacuity of thought only to be filled by the birth of the internet，thereby，allowing man's thoughts to link up to an outlet of networks around the clock and around the world. The unconditioned stale of computer technology has allowed man's conditioned slate to continue through the internet. The e-mail has transformed how man communicates, opening up a new medium for information，ideas and opinions. What one thinks can he transmitted freely and openly to one person or to an unlimited number of people. Like-minded people can find each other through chat rooms and share their ideas with others on whatever subjects or life styles that bond them together. Words now take on appearances, that were once revealed by a face，voice or even by one's hand writing，now adds another dimension to its function. Acting as a shield of protection to hide behind，it allows those who would shy away from speaking their mind in public an opportunity to express their thoughts, ideas and views. The obscure nature of the internet therefore will have its advantages and its disadvantages. 在電子技術高度發達的21世紀，硬體和軟體成電腦系統的 "名"，"色"，留下思想的真空.只有當網路的誕生才又使人的單想通過網路的接口與整個時空，整個世界連接起來. 計算機技術的無條件狀態使人的受條件限制的狀態通過網路繼續下去. 電子郵件改變了人們的通訊方式，為信息，思想和意見交流拓開了新的載體. 人的思想可以自由地公開地傳播給另一個人或無數的人. 酷愛它的人們可以在聊天室裡找到夥伴，互相就任何題目，或是任何把他們連接生一起的生活方式交流思想. 詞彙可以採用圖像顯示，而詞彙以前是通過形象，聲音，甚至手寫體，現在增加另一範圍的功能. 作為保護自己的盾牌，它為-一些在公眾面前怯場的人提供了表達自己的思想和觀點的機會. 網路的模糊件質既有優點也有缺點. |
