| 摘要 | The paper will begin by considering postmodern imagery as a response to the preset technology based world view. Technology in today 's world transgresses any border，national or international. A most exciting aspect is the expansion of the electronic mass communications systems：the computer is today present in every contemporary activity，in the West，be it economic or cultural. As Buddhism enjoys a Renaissance in the 21" century artists have found in the computer a compatible tool to express their yearnings. Fascinated by Buddhism and its relevance for disillusioned souls in search of a spiritual feedback，they experiment with an artistic vocabulary that echoes the postmodern interpretation of Buddhist ethics. 本文首先認為後現代形象乃是對以世界觀為基礎的現代技術的回應. 今天的世界技術早已超越了任何國界. 最令人興奮的是電子大眾傳播系統的擴展，在西方無論是經濟還是文化方面，可以說是無所不在. 21世紀對佛教來說是文藝復興. 藝術家會發現計算機是適合與用來表達他們情懷的工具. 藝術家們為佛教及其那些已醒悟的靈魂仍在探索神的反饋故事而深深地傾倒，他們用藝術語言作實驗，而藝術語言反映了後現代佛教倫理的詮釋. |
