| 摘要 | Commentary accompanying a three-record album of Chinese music in Taiwan taped by Ping-chuan Lu. An outline history is given of the main Chinese musics：religious music (Confucianism，Buddhism，Taoism)，secular instrumental ensembles (man-kuan，pei-kuan)，opera and folk song (hakka, fukien)，and folk theater (che-ku-chen). Musics from Mainland China, brought to Taiwan after World War II，are omitted. |
