| 摘要 | I examine the contribution to our knowledge of mysticism by those not themselves mystical,in particular that of M. Laski in "ecstasy," and W. T. Stace in "mysticism and philosophy." the latter shows that pantheism is the natural deduction from the mystic's experience of identity with the one (god). His strongest argument for this lies in his demonstration of the same experience in Christian,Islamic,Jewish, Mahayana Buddhism and Hindu mysticism. While greatly appreciating this, I question his suggestion that the mystics stress on both the one and the multiple shows an essentially paradoxical element in the experience. |
