摘要
Yale University is the place of origin of Sinology in U.S.A. Yale-China association takes care of exchange activities between Yale and both seacoasts of the Taiwan Straits. Yale Libraries own 360,000 Sinology books (include a lot of Buddhist books writing with some languages). It occupies second place in the universities of U.S.A. Besides Divinity School，Yale Religious Studies researches other religions in the world，(special Japanese Buddhism). East Asian Languages and Literatures Department and History of art Department at Yale University relate to Chinese Buddhist Literatures and arts. I am engaged in research work concerning the history of science and technology of Chinese Buddhism at History. The history of science and technology of Chinese Buddhism is a new synthetical study. It is time to fill the gape in the teaching and research of the history of science and technology of Chinese Buddhism.
