| 摘要 | A symposium on world religions and human rights was held in Paris, 1989. Hans Kung presented his views on the theme from a Christian perspective，his article was entitled："Kein Weltfriede ohne Religionsfriede" (no world peace without peace among religions). Scholars from other religious traditions such as Islamism，Judaism，Confucianism，Buddhism，and Hinduism were asked to give their response to his views. I had responded from a Confucian perspective. The world situation has changed a great deal since then，further reflections on the problem are certainly needed. I firmly believe that creative interpretation of the Neo-Confucian idea "li-i-fen-shu" (one principle，many manifestations) can shed some light on possible solution of the difficult problem we have to face today. |
