| 摘要 | Ernesto Laclau and Chantal Mouffe have put forward a post-structuralist grounding of democracy in and as "negativity"，constant undermining of all identities, constant revelation of the groundlessness of all social institutions; the groundlessness of all existents is the ground of democracy. This argument will be subjected to neighborly criticism from the no-position，(the absolute absence of any) position of Buddhist Madhyamika philosophy. It will then be possible to restore the distinction，minimized by post-structuralism，between social and discursive power，and to restore the sundered connection between language and politics on the one hand，and Nature and Value on the other. |
