| 摘要 | This article presents a brief introduction to the principles of Buddhism and notes the similarities between Buddhism and Western psychotherapy. Citing the work of Watzlawick, Weakland & Fisch (1974) it is argued that a second-order change model could be constructed based upon Buddhist principles. |
