| 摘要 | 本文主在探討慈濟志工的環境價值觀. 影響的因素. 環境行為的表現，及環境價值觀和環境行為，是否與新環境典範的訴求一致. 本文主以深度訪談. 文件及資料分析和觀察記錄等方式，進行資料蒐集. 研究對象為花蓮慈濟志工，以立意取樣法，選取不同學經歷. 職業的志工為訪談對象，並經實地觀察記錄，蒐集相關的文獻資料，比對訪談的內容. 主結果如下： 1. 慈濟志工的環境價值觀有：對大地的珍視. 垃圾減量的概念. 從生活做起; 對後代的關懷. 惜福再造福. 社區互動的體認. 相信環保重於經濟. 重視心靈環保及做就對了. 不同學歷. 職業慈濟志工，表現出的價值觀差異不大. 2. 影響慈濟志工環境價值觀的主因：證嚴上人的理念. 慈濟組織的聚會活動. 大愛電視台. 感受到環境的改變. 同儕的影響. 個人成長的背景，及身體力行後的體認. 3. 慈濟志工的環境行為，大多表現在說服. 消費行動. 生態管理等環境行為上，但在法律和政治活動上，未有具體表現. 4. 慈濟志工的環境價值觀和環境行為，部分與新環境典範的訴求一致，主以重視自然價值. 普遍關懷，和相信成長有限制為主. 在小心計畫與行動以避免風險. 建立全新的社會. 建立新的政治運作方式上，則較少著墨. [摘要] The purpose of this study is to investigate Tzu-Chi volunteers’ environmental values and behavior，and the factors which influence their environmental values. Whether the environmental values and environmental behavior are in accordance with the New Environment Paradigm is also studied. In-depth interviewing，document and data analysis and observation methods are employed for data collection. The purposeful sampling method is used to select some Tzu-Chi volunteers with different educational and career background in Hualien as the in-depth interviewing sample. After analyzing the collected data and information，the main findings are concluded as the following： 1. The environmental values which Tzu-Chi volunteers hold are：cherishing the land，the concept of recycling，doing in everyday living，caring about the next generation，cherishing and recreating good fortune，recognizing the importance of community interaction，believing that environmental protection is more important than economic development，focusing on environmental protection in heart and just do it. As for the environmental values held by Tzu-Chi volunteers, no evidence shows that there are differences between different educational background and between different living experiences volunteers. 2. The main factors influence Tzu-Chi volunteers’ environmental behavior are the belief of Master Cheng-Yen，the meetings of Tzu-Chi members, Tzu-Chi TV，experiencing the change of environment，the influence of Tzu-Chi peers, personal growing up background and realizing after doing. 3. Tzu-Chi volunteers’ environmental behavior are almost displayed in persuasion，consumer action and ecomanagement，but not in legal and political action. 4. The environmental values and behavior of Tzu-Chi volunteers are in accordance with the New Environmental Paradigm in some parts, including “Valuation of nature”，“Compassion”，“Limit of growth”. However，they are less focused on “Planning versus risk”，“New society” and “New politics”. 論文 |
