| 摘要 | After a review of Robert Slater's "Paradox and Nirvana"，that author's concept of "ultimate religious terms" is criticized. It is questioned whether the involvement of religious notions in art，ritual and myth does not preclude singling out this or that "term" as "ultimate." Examples from Buddhism，Christianity and Hinduism lead to the claim that religious "terms" and "paradoxes" cannot be separated from the myths in which they are anchored. |
