Located on the important line of communications, Tianzhu is a region populated with many minorities, where Tibetan Buddhism bad been flourishing in the past. Based on the investigations of history and the status quo of Tibetan Buddhism lamaseries in Tianzhu we present in this paper our opinions of the developing tendency of lamaseries in this area.
