| 摘要 | This workshop presentation will explore the conference theme, “Eminent Buddhist Women,” from the perspective of how contemporary leadership and communication practices of women mirror and integrate the Buddhadharma. Specifically, the workshop will explore the quality of upaya, “skill-in-means,” in the context of current best practices in leadership and communication Participants will be guided through a variety of contemporary dialogue methods and tools (World Café, Open Space Technology, Questioning and Circles). They will experience how these contemporary dialogue tools, used to build relationships in today’s organizations and communities, rely upon and explore the essence of the Buddhadharma, especially the doctrine of the six perfections (paramitas). |
