| 摘要 | The vision of this workshop is to discover a new partnership paradigm of sustainable debt-free currency designed by the people and for the people, based on a radical, non-dual view of money and the economy. The purpose is to develop a shared understanding of capital (currency) and generate skillful strategies and inspired solutions. I will present a life-sustaining, spiritual, quantum view of money and explore its unlimited potentials for conscious living and right livelihood. The workshop consists of a series of short talks, followed by open reflection, dialogue, a questionnaire, appreciative inquiry, and group exercises. As a Buddhist, I am inspired by the Buddha and the Noble Eightfold Path. In my social engagement work, I have also been inspired by the Kalama Sutta and the Shambhala prophecy described by Joanna Macy. In this workshop, I will briefly tell the story of capitalism and explain the origins of some common economic terms. Together, we will explore the blind spots of capitalism, the causes of the current financial meltdown, and what is needed to change the assumptions of the current economic paradigm. |
