| 摘要 | 本論文的研究主旨：即在以佛教中《藥師經》所詮的生命觀與人生觀，及其的特性為基礎，探究安寧療護如何能夠深入其理論內涵，以及發展實務的策略。安寧療護和醫療是藉由一組受過嚴格專業訓練的團隊、工作人員，針對癌症末期病人及其家屬，提供個別性的照顧計畫，滿足病人和家屬，身、心、寧的需要。本研究主要是透過問卷調查方法，先了解乳癌病患的心理歷程，並結合質性的訪談，分析其生命歷程的特殊性，並嘗試從《藥師經》中相關的經教義理，檢視其宗教信仰的態度，以及對於安寧療護的認知與期待；再進一步反省國內現階段安寧療護的發展，如何可以結合《藥師經》的特色而形成現代的一套安寧療護觀，期能做為未來發展的參考指標。 Based upon "The Medicine Buddha Sutra", this thesis is a research of the breast cancer patient from the point of view of hospice care. It aims at illuminating the theory and the practical strategy of modern hospice care through presenting the life viewpoint in "The Medicine Buddha Sutra". In most cases, hospice care is managed by an interdisciplinary and well-trained health care team, who offers support based on their special areas of expertise to the caner patients and meets the body-mind-spirit needs of the patients and their family. The present work applies the method of questionnaire to analyze the mental status of breast cancer patients. It specializes in outlining the characters of their life history through several interviews. With the effort of studying "The Medicine Buddha Sutra", it not only unveils the teachings but also the religious belief of the Medicine Buddha as far as the hospice care is concerned. Moreover, the future enhancement of hospice care can be expected by combining the teachings in "The Medicine Buddha Sutra" and modern hospice care theory. This is the main purpose of this research. |
