| 摘要 | 太虛批判基督宗教的首要方法是佛教傳統的方法,他采用原始佛教論破大自在天作者和天神的方法甚至語句,去論說基督宗教的“上帝論”有種種矛盾之處,他也采用唯識學分析人的上帝觀念,指出上帝是獨頭亂識所造成的錯覺和幻覺。太虛批判基督宗教的另一方法是現代價值,即科學、民主、自由平等,太虛稱基督宗教與科學理智、民主政治和社會自由平等格格不入,是現代必須清除的障礙。太虛批判基督宗教的言論既是佛教傳統的結晶,也是時代的產物。這不但是對基督宗教挑戰的回應,更是太虛對近代反宗教思潮的回應,是太虛為佛教爭取有利于生存的環境的輿論構建。太虛對基督宗教的批判,雖然在宗教內部有很大的回響,但無法進入社會的視野,更無法改變社會對佛教的看法,這反映出中國佛教在近代不可挽回地邊緣化的困難處境。 The principal method Tai-hsu adopted to criticize Christian religion is the method of Buddhist tradition. He discusses several contradictions in the God Theory, by adopting the method and even the expressions taken by the early Buddhism to defeat Mahissara. He also adopts Weishixue to analyze human beings' concept of God, and identifies that God is the illusions.
