| 摘要 | 梁慧皎的《高僧傳》，以弘揚僧人的理想人格，達到傳教護法為目的;道宣的《續高僧傳》以弘通佛法要義為首任，重在「會正解而樹言」。二者雖在寫作過程中都具有史家的眼光和「實錄」的精神，但在成書目的及作傳理念上卻存在較大差異。為了深入瞭解慧皎和道宣為僧人立傳的意圖和價值取向，從體例結構、成書目的及作傳理念等維度探析二者的異同。 Huijiao wrote Gao Seng Zhuan with the purpose of praising the ideal personality of monks and spreading the themes of Buddhism. But Dao Xuan took the new understanding of the sutra as the primary goals in writing Xu Gao Seng Zhuan. Although the two works both exhibit the spirit of objectivity and the sight of historians, they manifest different intentions and ideas in writing. In order to explain Huijiao and Daoxuan's intentions and values of writing monk's biography, this article focuses on analyzing and comparing dissimilarity between Gao Seng Zhuan and Xu Gao Seng Zhuan from the following aspects: style and structure of biography, the writing intention and ideas, and so on, thus improving the understanding of both books. |
