對當代中國佛教寺院財產(以下均簡稱寺院財產)管理的考察,是一個全新的課題。本文通過對寺院財產及其管理制度的歷史沿革和當代寺院財產管理的相關規定、制度、實施狀況、存在問題及其原因的研究,進而提出因應之策,力圖對當代寺院財產管理有一個相對全面的認識和把握。 第一章是闡述寺院財產及其管理的概述。主要包括寺院財產的形成與演變、寺院財產的界定與其基本內容和歷史上寺院財產的基本管理制度還原。主要是根據早期佛教對財產的看法,尤其是佛教傳入中國後,為適應中國社會發展的需要,逐漸接受了財產的觀念,即常住物。以至於到了當代,隨著中國社會經濟的快速發展,寺院財產的內容得到了空前的充實和豐富。進而對寺院財產做出明確的界定,並歸納出其基本內容。同時,通過對歷史上寺院財產基本管理制度的還原,進一步了解和掌握寺院財產管理的歷史軌跡,為當代寺院財產管理提供借鑒作用。 第二章是結合歷史上寺院財產管理的啟示,將當代原本...
