| 摘要 | 天臺宗中蘊含著豐富的教育思想。它根據《法華經》的「會三歸一」觀點，把受教育者分為四等，並提出與四等受教育者相適應的教學內容(化儀四教)和教學方法(化法四教)，比較完整地表達了「因材施教」的理念。它還非常重視教風和學風建設，其創始人智顗制定的《制法》十條，保證了天臺宗教風的清肅；還制訂了十條理論聯系實際、學以致用的天臺學風。 The Buddhist Sect of Mount Tiantai is rich in ideology for education. On the basis of the trinity in " Saddharmapundarika - sutra" , people being educated fell into four degrees and corresponding teaching contents and methods were presented. The idea "teaching in accordance with their aptitudes" was, to a great extent, developed. Besides, great importance was attached to the building of teaching and learning atmosphere.
