| 摘要 | The article reports on the endangerment of the Tibetan or Ladakhi language in the trans-himalayan region. The original Tibetan or Ladakhi language is continuously declining and the Hindi, Urdu and English are slowly overtaking it. Schools in the region does not teach the language so only few students learn or try to have proficiency in it. |
