| 摘要 | The article discusses the author's experience of becoming a spiritual being. The narrowness of the political views by right-wing fundamentalists about African American women led her to distrust religion. She was amazed by the Buddhist nuns she talked to in Thailand after leaving Harvard University. After her decision to be ordained as a Buddhist nun, she learned the significance of faith. |
