| 摘要 | In spite of the short history of Christianity in Korea, the growth of the Protestant Korean Church has been perceived as striking and exceptional by the people of other Christian countries. Christianity in Korea has become a major religion, together with Shamanism, Buddhism, and Confucianism. Though many factors contributed to this rapid growth of Christianity, the influence of traditional religions such as Shamanism, Buddhism, and Confucianism existed before the introduction of Christianity to Korea was great. For this reason, the study of traditional religions and their influences on Christianity as well as the study on how the Korean Church can exclude these influences must be discussed. The purpose of this present work is; to examine influences of traditional religions on preaching in Korea, to critique those who have been using them as the tool for growing their churches, and to present how the Korean Church can remove these influences by presenting true Christian preaching. |
