| 摘要 | 本論文以北投地區的觀音供像為主軸，首先透過田野調查收集資料，忠實記錄觀音供像的實體，藉由外在形式的審視，從中予以探討各類觀音造形的象徵意義，再以文獻資料為輔，分析、解讀其內在所蘊含的思想、信仰以及源流、分類，並由外在表徵的觀察，切入實質的本體，再由內在的意涵看外在形象的呈現，最後再作分析與審美特徵的探討。 本論文共分八章：第一章敘述研究的動機與目的、研究的範圍、對象與限制，以及研究的方法與程序。第二章論述傳統觀音信仰的緣起與內涵、應化身、三十三相以及思想與信仰。第三章分析北投地區寺廟概況，包括寺廟分布現況、寺廟供像概況以及觀音供像的分布與形態等三節。第四章旨在說明北投地區觀音供像的緣起與形式特徵。第五章探討北投地區觀音造形的分類，依其依據經典及宗教含義分三大系統，即顯教觀音、密教觀音與民俗觀音。第六章分析北投地區觀音造形，探討觀音的主體表徵及相關事務。第七章探討北投地區觀音造形的藝術特徵，包括造形的美感、象徵性的美感以及裝飾性的美感。第八章綜合各章節重點，歸納分析研究的成果以及個人的看法。 The main axis of this paper is an in-depth study of the portrayals of the Goddess of Mercy in Beitou Area. The author first collects data by means of field study and records all the substantial image of the Goddess of Mercy. Examined from the physical form, the author studies the symbolic meanings of the various appearances of the Goddess of Mercy. Aided by the documents and literary works, the author analyzes the inner thought, belief, source and sort hidden within. Observed the physical appearance and inner sentiment, the author cuts open the essential substance and the physical appearance. With the help of all the former perspectives, the author finally analyzes the image-creatiing and the aesthetic perceptions. This paper contains eight chapters: chapter one introduces the motives, purpose, scope, object, restriction, method and procedures of the study; chapter two describes the origin and contents of the traditional belief of the Goddess of Mercy, its substitutes and thirty-three countenances, thought and belief; chapter three discloses the overall condition of the temples over the Beitou Area, including the present locations and portrayals placed, and analyzes the locations and physical forms of the Goddess of Mercy; chapter four discusses the origin of the Goddess of Mercy over the Beitou Area and the features of their forms; chapter five exposes the classification of the image of the Goddess of Mercy over the Beitou Area into three categories: manifest, hidden and folkways; chapter six analyzes the image-creating of the Goddess of Mercy over the Beitou Area including the main appearance and other matters related; chapter seven explains the artistic features of the Goddess of Mercy over the Beitou Area, including image-creating, symbolic and ornamental sense of beauty; chapter eight is a sum-up conclusion based on the above discussions and the viewpoint of the author herself. |
