| 抄録 | 佛教有大乘與聲聞乘兩種，遠從印度傳到西藏與中國內地，再從這兩處廣泛傳播到世界各地的佛法就是大乘佛教，也是目前全球學術界對佛教的主流研究對象。其中龍樹論師在大乘佛教的思想發揚有不可磨滅的功績，而在龍樹論師的弟子中，提婆論師則無疑是最傑出的一位，也是一位德高望重、享有盛名的論師。在相關的佛教典籍中，提婆論師是一位有許多傳說的傳奇人物，在玄奘大師的《大唐西域記》中，也先後誼6處共37次提及其一生奇特的行，包括窣祿勤那國、鉢邏耶伽國、摩揭陀國、憍薩羅國、珠利耶國、朅盤陀國及結論。本文將從《大唐西域記》及其他文獻來探討，希望藉由此文能儘量減少神話的傳說，增加對此一人物在實際面上的重視與認識。 Mahayana (the great vehicle) and Śrāvakayāna (the vehicle of the hearers) are included in Buddhism; the teachings that originated in India branched out to China and Tibet and eventually spread to all corners around the world are referred to as Mahayana Buddhism. In the moment, this is the mainstream subject of study among Buddhist academia. Nagarjuna’s contribution in propagating Mahayana Buddhist philosophy is considered indelible. The Madhymika (the Middle Way School) founded by this great scholar. Among all Nagarjuna’s disciples, Aryadeva is undoubtedly the most outstanding one, also a renowned scholar who is highly revered for his achievement. Given his importance in the history of Buddhism, I chose to investigate this legendary figure from The Great Tang Records of the Western Regions which was written by Master Hsuan Chuang and other articles, he has been mentioned in totally 37 times of 6 points in The Great Tang Records of the Western Regions: Śrughna, Praya^ga, Magādha, Kauśala, Cholya, Khabandhaand Conclusion. The aim of this thesis is to give more weight to factual information in order to provide a practical foundation for understanding and acknowledgement of this important figure, without reliance on mythical tales. |
