By off ering accounts of three philosophers—Nishitani Keiji, Martin Heidegger, and Jacques Derrida—the question is asked: is a person's philosophy a choice? Or is the idea that philosophy is a choice merely an off shoot of a specific branch of Western philosophy with a specific understanding of agency? |
