| 抄録 | By reformulating，amplifying，and applying J. M. Bochenski's theses in section 19 of "the logic of religion" (1965)，the paper aims to stimulate appreciation of the contribution of that book to the philosophy of religion. The theses as reformulated are that：A) a religious community (e.g.，Hinduism，Buddhism，Judaism，Christianity，Islam) teaches a multiplicity of doctrines (hence organizable in more than one way); B) the community develops rules (and principles) for deciding whether some sentence belongs to that multiplicity or not; and C) the community prescribes that its doctrines be accepted，and how they are to be accepted. Some cases are discussed. |
