| 抄録 | 早期中西方社會宗教對法律都有巨大的影響，之後中西方才出現差異。本文從三個歷史階段，比較分析中西方宗教對法律影響的異同，並探討出現差異的原因。 In early societies of the West and China, religion exerted a tremendous influence on law, later, differences exist between them. This paper compares and analyzes differences on this issue and discusses the reasons. |
