| Abstract | 本書的編輯者，乃被譽為百科全書式學者的丁福保居士。丁福保先生生於清同治十三年，在醫學、文字學、文學、佛學、道皆有深的造詣。由於深感佛學的博大精深，並感於學習佛經的不易，因此決心編著一批佛學的入門書、工具書，特別是其所編的《佛學大辭典》為我國佛教有史以來的第一部大辭典。 丁福保先生於〈序〉中言：「欲了此生死大事，脫離輪迴苦趣，惟有勇猛精進，一心念佛，往生西方淨土之一法耳。雖然，欲生淨土者，先自不願入於輪迴六道始。既自警策，又欲以此勸人，因輯《六道輪迴錄》」 |
