| Abstract | 本文就佛教宗教師專業在北美的出現做了概念性的綜述。全文主要從佛教宗教師的概念形成、專業訓練、理論實踐、授戒認證以及當下相關學術研究成果方面入手論析。在此基礎之上，本文提出了目前佛教宗教師在北美實踐有待解決的問題，並對北美佛教宗教師實踐體系的未來發展，做了概要性的展望。 |
