| Abstract | 僧人與禪修對於一個修行的僧人行、住、坐、臥皆但在四者之中,故多雲”。以打坐來修習禪略稱“打坐”。關於坐禪的方法,卷上 應該四時隨時坐有能夠舒適的床坐,有安靜的有一起修行的善;另外,還需要無所能夠提供飲醫藥等供養。這些,都修行者自能夠調伏自己的身心 等。此外,在《修習止觀坐禪法要》、《釋禪波羅蜜次第法門》等書對坐禪方法也頗多論述。日本、朝鮮佛教界,對於坐禪中國禪宗對於坐禪方 法與時間等相關事項,也有很多規如《敕修百丈清規》卷五《大眾章》“坐禪儀條”對坐禪禪林中,上堂以前於僧堂坐禪少時,稱“坐堂”。 |
