| Abstract | 天主教入華後激烈排佛,其原因無疑與當時佛教自身的衰落及其在政治文化中地位卑下的現實密切相關,其目的在於取代佛教地位並借排佛以批儒。佛耶論爭的內容主要表現為本體論和神人關系上的異見以及對於輪回觀念的不同看法等方面.知識分子在佛耶沖突中表現出三種不同態度:崇耶反佛派、中間派和崇佛黜耶派,其中前兩者的支援和寬容對天主教的傳播起到重要推動作用。佛耶沖突實際上是天主教與中國民間文化的沖突。宗教不寬容是佛耶沖突及天主教不能融入中國文化的根本原因。 |
