| Abstract | 中國的建築藝術中，最具有融和性的東西，應該屬於鎮守門庭的——石獅。獅子無疑是中國神獸，像跡遍佈通都大邑或窮鄉僻壤，深入了中國文化生活的各方面，是民間喜聞樂見的吉祥象徵。獅子是最能體現中國和印度，東土和西方，佛教和中國民俗的聯繫與圓融。佛教當中最為常見的是“作獅子吼”一語，只有佛菩薩，只有高僧、神僧，才配稱為獅子一樣勇猛的弘傳佛教的大士。 |
