| Abstract | 平安時代末期亦即本書作者生存之年代，當時人們日漸盛行信仰死後往生西方極樂淨土。本書以密教之立場設立大日如來與阿彌陀如來無異無別，一體平等；再者密嚴淨土亦即極樂淨土，場所相同; 死後往生極樂淨土亦同等成佛。 「五輪」代表五種元素，地，水，火，風，空，而其位置則如塔狀，從底部開始屬地，一直向上. 至於「九字」是梵文阿彌陀如來之真言。覺鍐指示此五輪與九字實完全相同，可謂同體；而阿彌陀如來與大日如來則完全一樣。 本書以密教之立場對阿彌陀佛及極樂淨土之看法，實在是部十分重要之著作。 |
